We only hire professionals. We ensure that our care staff has accomplished at least the minimum state licensing requirements and registrations. After passing the first filter, we make sure that our staff does not go idle. We send them to various training workshops and seminars to expand their knowledge. We have immensely invested in their education expansion and social skills development.
